Static Roll Forming Machine Head has 2 or more spinning Radius Rollers to apply a symmetrical downwards force for forming smooth curved formed surface around a cylindrical part.

Articulating Roll Forming Head makes a 360 deg contact from the side to create a consistent formed surface.

Servo Roll Forming process, very precisely the downward movement is controlled which otherwise requires a manual adjustment of a mechanical stop. 

Provision to apply force at the centre to clamp the assembly parts during the Roll Forming process is available in 3 different options:

• Small force with the Head itself
• Force upto 2T with Pneumatic Cylinder
• Higher force with Hydraulic Cylinder
